At Langer Direct International (LDI), our incubation process is designed to help entrepreneurs preserve capital while providing external support to accelerate business growth. Through our business incubation services, we customize our approach to capture each entrepreneur’s uniqueness and offer tailored support to maximize their business potential. Our process guides startups through every phase of their journey, from inception to success.

Incubation Process

All interactions with customers and potential customers must be legal, transparent, and fair. LDI enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. Employees may never accept, solicit, or offer bribes, improper payments, gifts, or gratuities to or from any customer or supplier. Integrity remains the cornerstone of all our business dealings.

Stages of Incubation

The LDI incubation process is divided into three critical stages:

1. Pre-Incubation: This phase focuses on tenant selection and promotion, ensuring that businesses align with LDI's capabilities and vision.

2. Incubation: This stage involves early development, growth, and advanced phases, providing ongoing resources and guidance to support businesses.

3. Post-Incubation: Upon exiting the program, businesses are fully prepared for long-term success and sustainable growth.

Engagement Process

To engage with LDI, applicants must complete our "Intake Sheet." Upon review and approval, the applicant will be required to provide a credit card to be kept on file. This card will be used to cover "Processing & Underwriting Service Fees" as well as to charge for any incurred expenses at the end of each week of business. Additionally, applicants must provide an independent evaluation of their company, at their own expense, to establish its value. Managing directors, directors, and officers are required to complete our "KYC - Know Your Customer" application.
